In recent years, steel structure buildings have made great progress, and it is very important to strengthen the research on construction technology of steel structure buildings. Kebao Group has been focusing on the field of steel structures for more than 20 years. Regarding the construction technology of steel structure buildings, the following sharing is made:

1. During the installation of steel structures, safe and reliable installation machinery and tools should be selected based on the structural form and weight of the installation unit. The selection of installation technology can ensure the safety of on-site personnel and the accuracy and stability of steel structures.

2. Develop corresponding measurement and correction processes for steel structure installation based on the characteristics of the project, and submit them to the supervising engineer for approval before proceeding.

3. When installing steel structures using enlarged assembly units, strength and stability checks should be conducted on components that are prone to deformation, and reinforcement measures should be taken if necessary. When the steel structure is installed comprehensively, it is divided into several independent units, and after the installation of all steel structures in each unit, a spatial stiffness unit is formed.

4. When using single point or multi-point lifting installation and high-altitude sliding installation for structural steel components, the lifting point must be determined through calculation.

5. After the main structures such as columns, beams, supports, roof trusses, and tank units of the steel structure are installed in place, they should be immediately calibrated and fixed to form a stable spatial system for the steel components installed that day.

6. When installing and calibrating steel structures, appropriate adjustment measures should be taken based on external factors such as wind force, temperature difference, sunlight, and welding deformation.

7. The construction drawings require a tight contact surface, with no less than 70% of the adhesive surface. A 0.3mm thick feeler gauge should be used to check, and the sum of the inserted areas should be less than 30%. The maximum gap at the edge should not exceed 0.8mm, and records should be kept.

8. The connection joints of steel components shall be connected after passing the inspection according to the construction drawings. Install according to the principle of "bolt first, weld later" at the joint where welding and high-strength bolts are used together.

9. The number of welding points, thickness, and length of the load-bearing positioning weld are determined through calculation.

10. The number of temporary bolts and rivets used during installation to be inserted into each node shall be calculated and determined based on the load borne during the installation process, and shall comply with relevant regulations:

The installation of steel columns for the tape machine strictly controls the spacing between columns, the distance between column centers, the elevation and unevenness of the column top surface, and the verticality of the columns. Use a plumb bob or theodolite to check the verticality of the columns, and re measure the spacing and center distance of the columns with calibrated measuring tools that are within the qualified service life. After the structural components are inspected and meet the specification requirements, the next construction process can be carried out.

12. The truss beam of the tape conveyor should be assembled into the largest lifting unit on the assembly platform before lifting. During the assembly process, the straightness, inclination, and torsion of the truss beam should be strictly controlled. Depending on the performance of the lifting equipment, install the walkway support and walkway board together on the truss beam for lifting. The connecting components between truss beams should be installed and tightened.

13. Installation of gallery feeder and material receiving trough: Before installing the gallery tape machine, use a homemade gun cart to transport the material trough into the gallery receiving port, and tie a three legged scraper at the top of the gallery for soil lifting. Use a manual hoist to slowly lift the material trough from the receiving port to the installation site, and connect it to the embedded bolts.
